Logra Tu Dream: Helping Latinos Achieve Their American Dream

Felix Ortiz III is a Brooklyn native and the son of the New York State Assemblyman. He served in the U.S. Army 18th Airborne Corps and JAG Corps, before attending St. John’s University. While in college, he founded Visionary Trade & Export, a company presently located in the Bronx that provided humanitarian aid and supplies while increasing cultural relations with Cuba, which he sold in 2007. Felix later founded Viridis Learning, an education technology company that combines workforce education and human capital solutions for the middle-skill workforce and still serves as its Chairman & CEO. He was featured by Poder360° as one of 20 innovative Latino Entrepreneurs blowing the hinges off the old boys club doors. In this episode you'll learn how Felix has built Viridis a company that helps Latinos prosper in the workforce through technology by never taking no for an answer and by surrounding himself with great people.
