Manny Ruiz is the  founder of Papi Blogger the nation’s first fully bilingual web site devoted to creative parenting tricks for parents and The Chairman of the Hispanicize brand of platforms that include the annual Hispanicize Event,the largest annual event for Latino trendsetters and newsmakers in social media, journalism, advertising, public relations, film, music and innovation, Hispanicize Wire, Latina Mom Bloggers and the Hispanic PR Blog. In addition to these sister companies, Manny is a large shareholder in the Being Latino platform.

Manny is an accomplished entrepreneur and award-winning, public relations professional with extensive experience in Hispanic public relations. In 2014, Manny was awarded the Key to Miami by Miami Mayor Tomás Regalado for making Miami a magnet for Latino trendsetters and newsmakers. In 2011, Manny was named PR Professional of the Year by the Hispanic Public Relations Association (HPRA) for his on-going commitment to promoting the advancement of the industry through the Hispanicize Event and Hispanic PR Blog.

Prior to founding the Hispanicize-related business platforms, Manny was President of Multicultural Markets and Hispanic PR Wire for PR Newswire. Prior to PR Newswire’s acquisition of Hispanic PR Wire, Hispanic Digital Network and LatinClips in 2008, companies he founded, Ruiz was Chairman and CEO of HispaniMark, the parent company of these three businesses.

Manny resides in Miami with his wife Angela and four children Naomi (2 ), Briani (5), Elena (10) and Jonathan (14).

Judith Duval grew up in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic and moved to the United States in junior high school.  She attended the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and majored in Finance and Management with a minor in Latin American Studies.  She worked in finance before attending Stanford's Graduate School of  Business.  She joined Bain & Co. where she worked in the Private Equity Group.  She then continued her strategy work at Sephora, in a Business Development and Strategy role.  She is now working with a health and wellness startup focused on the Hispanic community and is a trained and certified Leadership coach.
